When you place your ID card on a dark background and place it in the frame that appears on the screen, the photo is taken. When the photo is taken correctly, you will be automatically redirected to the next page.

After placing the ID card on the handset or the back of the phone (depending on the phone model or brand), you should hold it still until the reading is complete. During this process, you should remove any phone case or metal accessories.

It is enough to have a phone with NFC reading feature and a new ID card with a new chip.

First of all, we use advanced technological infrastructure in the process of becoming a customer. At the NFC ID scanning stage, we take all of the data from the chip in the Republic of Turkey ID Card and prevent someone else from making a transaction with a fake ID. In addition, during the video call, our customer representative performs liveness checks and security verifications, so that we keep their personal information safe at every stage of the process.

You must have your Republic of Turkey Identity Card with the new chip and be in a bright and quiet environment.
