Mobile banking is a banking channel where electronic banking services are provided through a mobile application.

All users who download Destekbank Mobile Application can perform their banking transactions for both individuals and companies via Mobile Branch.

To log in to Destekbank Mobile Branch, which you can download from the application markets or via QR code, you can become a Destekbank customer by following the necessary instructions on the Become a Customer tab.

You can get your new password by clicking on the "User / Password Settings" option on the Mobile Branch login screen.

You can view and update your personal information, including your mobile phone number, from the My Profile tab under the Settings menu in the Mobile Branch. You can only change your cell phone number by contacting our customer representative.

You can unblock your SIM card by clicking the "Unblock SIM" button under the "User/Password Settings" section on the Mobile Branch login screen and making a video call with a customer representative after the identity verification step!

You can log in to the Mobile Branch from your new device as usual. When you complete the login process with the "Temporary Internet Password" that will be sent to you via SMS after entering the customer number and internet password, your new phone and account will be automatically matched.

You can view the IBAN information of your accounts by clicking on the "Accounts" tab on the Mobile Branch.

You can access the Mobile Branch 24/7. You can learn the limits and hours of the transactions you can make using the Mobile Branch by clicking on the link.

You should send us your request to define a special transaction limit for you via the Write to Us menu in the Mobile or Internet Branch. Once your special transaction limits are defined, you can manage these limits yourself under the Internet Branch/Settings menu. If you want to decrease your limits and increase them again, you can apply again via Write to Us.

You can visit the Digital Channels Transaction List page for the list of transactions you can make through digital banking channels. 

You can change your digital channels password via the Internet Branch. For this, you can use the Password Change step under the Settings menu.

You can log in to the Mobile Branch using your customer number or Turkish ID number and your digital channels password. If you have previously verified your mobile device, the application recognizes you and you can enter the mobile branch by simply entering your password. For device verification, you must enter the verification code sent via SMS into the application.

After the transactions you make through the Mobile Branch, the transaction receipt is displayed on your screen. You can access the receipts of your previous transactions by clicking the icon next to the transaction record in your account transactions.

After an erroneous transaction you made through digital channels, you can send your cancellation request via the Write to Us menu or contact Destekbank at (0212) 371 55 55 to get help from our Customer Service.

You do not need to pay a fee to use Destekbank Mobile Branch.

You can log in to Mobile Branch and Internet Branch with the same password. If you forgot your password, you can get a new password via the "User / Password Settings" menu on the Mobile Branch login screen. 

In case electronic banking channels are out of service or you cannot access these channels due to reasons arising from the devices you use while accessing electronic banking channels, you can reach our bank through the channels on the contact page on our website.
