MPF – Short-Term Lease Certificate Participation (TRY) Fund

Strategy

In line with its main investment strategy, the Fund aims to provide low-risk and stable returns in compliance with interest-free finance principles by investing at least 80% of its total value in lease certificates denominated in Turkish Lira. Within this framework, the Fund’s portfolio mainly consists of lease certificates issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance, as well as by public and private sector entities. The average maturity of the assets included in the Fund’s portfolio ranges between 25 and 90 days, targeting a short-term and highly liquid structure. The Fund is managed in accordance with Islamic finance principles and does not invest in assets that generate interest income. The Fund’s short-term and low-risk profile aims to establish a portfolio structure that is aligned with prevailing market conditions.

Asset Allocation

Minimum 80%: Turkish Lira–denominated lease certificates issued by public and private sector entities. Maximum 20%: Participation-based money and capital market instruments used for liquidity management purposes.

Trading Hours

Buy and sell transactions are settled on a T+0 basis. Buy and sell orders placed until 13:30 are executed on the same day.
