Mobile banking is a banking channel where electronic banking services are provided through a mobile application.
All users who download DestekBank Mobile can perform their banking transactions for both individuals and companies via DestekBank Mobile.
To log in to DestekBank DestekBank Mobile, which you can download from the application markets or via QR code, you can become a DestekBank customer by following the necessary instructions on the Become a Customer tab.
You can get your new password by clicking on the "User / Password Settings" option on the DestekBank Mobile login screen.
You can view and update your personal information, including your mobile phone number, from the My Profile tab under the Settings menu in the DestekBank Mobile. You can only change your cell phone number by contacting our customer representative.
You can unblock your SIM card by clicking the "Unblock SIM" button under the "User/Password Settings" section on the DestekBank Mobile login screen and making a video call with a customer representative after the identity verification step!
You can log in to the DestekBank Mobile from your new device as usual. When you complete the login process with the "Temporary Internet Password" that will be sent to you via SMS after entering the customer number and internet password, your new phone and account will be automatically matched.
You can view the IBAN information of your accounts by clicking on the "Accounts" tab on the DestekBank Mobile.
You can access the DestekBank Mobile 24/7.
You should send us your request to define a special transaction limit for you via the Write to Us menu in the Mobile or Internet Branch. Once your special transaction limits are defined, you can manage these limits yourself under the Internet Branch/Settings menu. If you want to decrease your limits and increase them again, you can apply again via Write to Us.

You can log in to the DestekBank Mobile using your customer number or Turkish ID number and your digital channels password. If you have previously verified your mobile device, the application recognizes you and you can enter the DestekBank Mobile by simply entering your password. For device verification, you must enter the verification code sent via SMS into the application.
After performing your transactions on the DestekBank Mobile, the transaction statement will be displayed. You can access the statements of your previous transactions by clicking on the icon next to the transaction in the account movements.
After performing a wrong transaction via Digital Channels, you can cancel your transaction by sending a request via the Write to Us menu or contacting DestekBank at (0212) 371 55 55.
