Board Of Directors
Altunç Kumova graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics. Since the early 1990s, he has founded various companies operating in finance and capital markets and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of these companies. He is the controlling shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Destek Holding A.Ş., which includes various companies under its umbrella. Mr. Altunç Kumova also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Bank.
Süleyman Türetken graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Departments. He started his banking career as an Assistant Inspector at Pamukbank A.Ş. in 1986. He worked as Corporate Branch Manager, Regional Coordinator, Head of Department, Group Head and Assistant General Manager at Pamukbank, Halk Bank and Ziraat Bank respectively. He also served as Deputy General Manager at Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ziraat International A.G. Süleyman Türetken has been a member of the Board of Directors of our Bank since March 2023.
Özgür Akayoğlu holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and a master's degree in Financial Institutions from Istanbul University. He started his professional career at Pamukbank A.Ş. in 1990. He held various managerial positions in different financial institutions such as Pamukbank A.Ş., Atlas Faktoring and Oyakbank A.Ş. Özgür Akayoğlu, who served as General Manager at Destek Finans Faktoring A.Ş. between 2007-2021, was appointed as a Board Member and General Manager at our Bank as of July 2021.
İlhami Koç, who holds a bachelor's degree from Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences, commenced his professional career at the Audit Board of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Over the years, he has held prominent executive roles, including General Manager at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and Deputy General Manager at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. As of December 2024, he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at our Bank.
Hakan Coşkun, who holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from METU, a master's degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School and a master's degree in Banking from Marmara University, started his professional career at Interbank A.Ş. in 1986. Mr. Coşkun, who has held senior management positions such as assistant general manager in different banks for many years, has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of our Bank as of July 2021.
