Governance Structure

DestekBank has established the governance structure, or in other words, the corporate sustainability structure, through the establishment of sustainability committees and the determination of committee members' responsibilities. The purpose of the Sustainability Committee and Sustainability Sub-Committee is to ensure that the environmental, social, and governance dimensions of sustainability are provided in accordance with national and/or complementary global sustainability standards adopted worldwide; to internalize the concept of sustainability in all its dimensions by the Bank, to take it into account in risk assessment and all decision-making processes, and to establish the corporate structure for conducting activities within this scope.
