EFT transactions are made between 09.00 - 17.00 on weekdays. Money cannot be sent by EFT on weekends or public holidays. Instructions given on weekends or public holidays are executed on the first business day following.
Foreign currency transfers to domestic and international bank accounts are carried out via the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) system.
