Maximum Loan Interest Rates

DESCRİPTİONS:

• 1-This form will be prepared separately for TL loans and foreign currency indexed loans (FX-indexed loans) and all foreign currency denominated loans extended by banks.
• 2-Banks will notify our Bank of the highest interest rate (annual simple interest rate) they will apply regardless of the marketing channel through which the loan is extended (internet, branch, telephone banking, etc.).
  • (i) It will be reported as discount rate.
  • (ii) The index valid for variable rate housing finance contracts and the highest margin value will be written.
  • (iii) The highest car loan interest rate without any sub-division such as second hand, zero km, tractor, etc. will be written.

• (*) If the loan has a floating interest rate, the reference interest rate will be written in this field (LIBOR, EURIBOR, etc.). If the loan has a fixed interest rate, a space of 10 characters will be left in this field. In addition, the reference interest rate should be written in capital letters, without using Turkish characters.

• (**) If the loan has floating interest rate, additional interest (spread) will be written in this field. If the loan has a fixed interest rate, only the interest rate will be entered in this field. A space of 6 characters will be inserted for maturities and types for which loans are not extended.
